Xinghuo Zhongda has signed a cooperation agreement with Tencent Cloud, which will effectively facilitate Wuhan's information and communication development and propel it onto a fast track

On June 15, Wuhan Xinghuo Zhongda Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinghuo Zhongda") and Tencent Cloud officially signed a framework cooperation agreement in Qiaokou District, Wuhan. The two parties will integrate their respective advantageous technologies and resources to jointly build new cloud computing infrastructure, and carry out cooperation in fields such as big data centers, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.

In recent years, against the backdrop of the integration of the digital and real economies, Wuhan has continuously increased its efforts in the construction of a new smart city, and Qiaokou District has also been actively promoting the digitalization of industries and the industrialization of digital technologies. As a key enterprise in the industrial digitalization ecological incubator in Wuhan and Qiaokou District, Xinghuo Zhongda is a professional company mainly engaged in customized data centers and industry informatization, and it serves as an important force that helps the local economy, especially in the field of information and communication, to enter the "fast lane" of development.

As early as March last year, Tencent Cloud assisted Xinghuo Zhongda in building the Wuhan Xinghuo Zhongda Gutian 1967 Data Center in Qiaokou District. With the achievement of this strategic cooperation, the two parties will jointly build an exclusive cloud computing service platform based on the existing data center, providing exclusive cloud service capabilities for Hubei Province and its surrounding areas. In this regard, Xinghuo Zhongda is responsible for constructing the data center room environment, while Tencent Cloud will use CDZ (Dedicated Availability Zone), one of its core distributed cloud products, to build a general computing power platform and an intelligent computing platform.

With the implementation of this cooperation, Tencent Cloud's standard public cloud capabilities will be extended to the customer sites. Customers will be able to use the standard cloud service capabilities with lower latency right at their "doorstep". On the one hand, this meets the low-latency requirements of Internet of Things (IoT) businesses. On the other hand, it also enables the localization of enterprise data processing and data storage, fulfilling the data compliance requirements such as keeping data within the province and within the factory.
